Toll Brothers Inc., a renowned builder of luxury homes, has formally submitted an application to Scottsdale for a new project within the comprehensive Cavasson development. This initiative seeks to enrich north Scottsdale’s residential options with the introduction of Toll at Cavasson, a townhome development comprising 136 luxury units sprawled across an 11.27-acre sector.
Positioned at the thriving heart of a nearly 135-acre mixed-use campus, Cavasson is situated near the northwest corner of Loop 101 and Hayden Road. The development distinguishes itself as a vibrant hub that integrates corporate offices, upscale hotels, fine dining options, and multifamily housing units. All these are brought together under the development expertise of Nationwide Realty Investors, the property investment subsidiary of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Cos.
The slated parcel for the Toll at Cavasson project is currently under the ownership of Nationwide, heralding a collaboration that promises to blend luxury living with the convenience and dynamism of urban life.
