Element Fleet Management to Add 70 Jobs at New Dublin Leasing Hub
Element Fleet Management, a prominent Canadian automotive fleet management company, is extending its global footprint by establishing a new leasing hub in Dublin, Ireland. This strategic move is poised to create 70 new job opportunities in the area.
Chris Gittens, who has played pivotal roles within Element, including leading the company’s Canadian business, managing strategic relationships focused on large-scale fleets, and serving as Chief Information Officer, will spearhead the Dublin operation.
Element Fleet Management is renowned for offering a comprehensive range of fleet services to corporations, governments, and non-profit organizations across North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Their services encompass vehicle acquisition, maintenance, accident management, remarketing, and fleet electrification, offering a holistic approach to fleet management.
The expansion into Ireland is supported by the Irish government through IDA Ireland. Simon Coveney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, expressed his enthusiasm about Element’s decision, highlighting it as a testament to Ireland’s welcoming economy and the highly skilled workforce available in Dublin and throughout the country.
Laura Dottori-Attanasio, President and CEO of Element Fleet Management, emphasized the strategic advantage of centralizing the company’s leasing functions into a global leasing centre of excellence. She pointed out that this approach would optimize operations, enhance strategic focus, and elevate the client experience in leasing. Dottori-Attanasio further noted that Ireland offers an ideal environment for Element’s operational expansion due to the country’s rich talent pool, which boasts specialized knowledge and expertise in the leasing industry.
Element is dedicated to implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to fill roles within the leasing center. These positions are particularly focused on candidates with specialized knowledge and local insights that can contribute to the company’s success in the region.

In anticipation of its growth and operational scale-up, Element Fleet Management has forecasted net revenue of $1,365-1,390 million by the year 2025, alongside an adjusted operating income ranging between $750-770 million. This ambitious financial outlook underscores the company’s optimism about its expansion and future operations in Ireland.
