Dryden Gold Corp. Engages Matrix Agency Marketing Ltd.

Dryden Gold Corp. (TSXV: DRY), headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, is excited to announce its new partnership with Matrix Agency Marketing Ltd., a comprehensive marketing firm specialising in the junior metals and mining sector. This collaboration aims to enhance Dryden Gold’s marketing efforts across digital and print mediums, including a revamp of the company’s website and corporate presentation materials.

As part of the agreement, Matrix will extend its expertise in investor relations, aiding in the planning, budget management, and execution of various investor activities. In addition to maintaining communication with stakeholders, Matrix will also focus on enhancing the company’s presence on social media platforms.

The financial terms of the partnership involve Dryden Gold paying $60,000 to Matrix over a 12-month period, with an upfront payment of $15,000 and subsequent monthly payments of $5,000. It’s worth noting that the agreement does not initially include stock options for Matrix, though the possibility for future stock option awards exists at the discretion of Dryden Gold’s Board of Directors.

Additionally, Dryden Gold has secured the services of industry veteran Laura Stein for shareholder and investor communications. Stein brings over 30 years of experience in the mining communications field and will play a crucial role in engaging with the company’s investor base through various channels. Her compensation package includes 250,000 options under the company’s Employee Stock Option Plan, further aligning her interests with Dryden Gold’s success.

Both the Matrix and Stein agreements are pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Dryden Gold’s CEO, Trey Wasser, expressed enthusiasm about the strategic focus on marketing to foster growth and enhance investor relations.

Dryden Gold Corp. is at the forefront of discovering high-grade gold in Northwestern Ontario, boasting a significant land position in the Dryden District. With a focus on strategic acquisitions and exploration, the company looks forward to unlocking shareholder value through its upcoming initiatives.
