11th Meeting of Kyrgyz-Uzbek Intergovernmental Commission Held in Tashkent
In a significant stride towards bolstering bilateral relations, the 11th meeting of the intergovernmental commission between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan was conducted in Tashkent, marking a pivotal moment in the history of the two nations’ collaborative efforts. Additionally, a project concerning the assembly production of automobile and commercial vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic was highlighted, alongside the vital operations of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
The meeting also led to the formulation of decisions on bilateral contracts, which include the supply of passenger elevators, the creation of service centers for equipment maintenance, the establishment of joint textile clusters, and significant developments regarding the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund’s authorized capital. These discussions are poised to fortify the foundation for the upcoming visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to Uzbekistan, further amplifying the spectrum of bilateral cooperation.
