K1 Speed to Open Second London Electric-Karting Center in Vauxhall Underground “Bunker”

The highly anticipated K1 Speed Vauxhall is set to open next year within the vibrant Storybox leisure complex. This mega leisure hub is developed by the creative minds at General Projects.

Conveniently located within two miles of iconic landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the London Eye, K1 Speed Vauxhall promises to be a go-to destination for both tourists and London locals. The Storybox complex itself is a sprawling 100,000 sq ft of creative workspace and leisure bliss, housed across multiple levels of Keybridge House. Designed by the reputed Allies & Morrison and constructed by Mount Anvil, Storybox stands as a testament to modern architectural vision and community-driven design.

Thanks to a fresh approval from Lambeth council, the basement area has been granted the perfect change-of-use license, paving the way for flexible mixed-use of this space. K1 Speed will take up more than 46,000 sq ft within the complex, making a substantial footprint in this evolving community hub. This marks the second major letting at Storybox following the entrance of Gail’s Bakery, which has welcomed patrons since Autumn 2022.

World-famous for the electrifying experience it delivers, K1 Speed will offer visitors to its new Vauxhall location state-of-the-art all-electric go-karts.
